Da Vinci Twilight Artist Watercolor is a super granulating violet with deep red undertones that’s named for the soft scattering of atmospheric light caused by the sun’s rays when it dips below the horizon. Twilight is playful yet mysterious with a range of emotions and is beautiful in mixes, imparting light to heavy granulation and a little smoky subtlety to palette colors.
In masstone and when lightly diluted, Twilight is well-mannered and calm while showcasing a uniquely textured coloration in its granulation. However, Twilight will eagerly explode into a vast array of pigment particles in heavy dilution which makes this color a fun and exciting addition to an artist’s palette!
