Da Vinci Olive Brown Artist Watercolor is a warm, oaky brown with a golden olive undertone that becomes even more visible in dilution. Excellent for when a transparent earth is desired, Olive Brown is an amazing color to use for painting tree branches, crisp autumn leaves, dried grasses, darker skin tones, and more.
Olive Brown is steady in mixes and isn’t prone to muddiness. Try it mixed with Ultramarine Blue to gain a range of teal to forest greens. Mixed with yellow, Olive Brown will settle into a gorgeous assortment of golden yellows and browns. Useful for creating a wide range of natural greens, golds, rusts, oranges, burgundies, and more, Olive Brown is anything but boring!
