Da Vinci Benzimida Orange Deep artist watercolor is a richly hued, one-pigment orange that is borderline red-orange in full masstone but gracefully dilutes into a soft, orange transparency. Benzimida Orange Deep’s pigment is very stable and easy to control but, when charged with a wet brush, will also lend itself to breathtaking movement and blossoming.
Although extremely useful in any season, we think Da Vinci Benzimida Orange Deep should be the official orange of autumn. The perfect color of changing leaves and forest fungi along with ripe pumpkins and persimmons, Benzimida Orange Deep can also be used to mix dark greens, golden yellows, inky blacks, and a variety of burgundies, warm reds, and russets.
